I’m Jo and I’m a holistic health coach.
Sounds a bit like a confession, doesn’t it…it isn’t it is simply what I get to do every day whilst (hopefully) changing the world (well…maybe just your world)
It basically means I help people who feel a bit lost in the woods, stressed out, used up and a bit over it to get back on track, back in the drivers seat and ready to feel like the leading lady/lad of their lives again.
Through 12 one-to-one hour long sessions; either in person or online, we will develop strategies and some creative whizz bang ideas to get your wants/needs/goals/dreams/desires firing on all cylinders.
I’m there to be your wing man; the Thelma to your Louise; the Bert to your Ernie.
Sometimes life is tough and it’s hard to find someone to help you out who isn’t an active, super involved member of your life (whom you love dearly of course).
I offer clarity, perspective and space for you to work your stuff out from a safe, ‘no-judgement-just-goodness’ kinda place.
A bit like a personal trainer. Rather than sweating it out at the gym, not sure if what you are doing is actually achieving anything; other than catching up on TV shows or being screamed at by some kid who has had way too much coffee first thing as you spin your way into a disco like deliria. Seeing a personal trainer will help you gain a glimpse into what your ‘problem’ areas maybe, help you get the most out of your sweat sessions and truly feel like Elle McPherson, that’s what I do but for your lifestyle and wellbeing.
I am passionate about helping you to be the best version of yourself. The world could do with a few more super bright super heroes saving their own asses.
